I would give 0 stars. I received my bunch of flowers. Looking beautiful but as soon as I got home and removed the celephane plastic to throw out the water-which was like mulch. Most of the stems of the flowers had become mushy or were covered in mulch. I spent a long time rinsing the flowers which were ok because of the wire threaded through them. From that massive bunch I managed to salvage 1/4 of the flowers-the rest went in the bin. What a waste
