WARNING AND BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely disgraceful!!! and disgusting!! service! By their agent FARHAN (direct line 02035000732).
The agents are based at LAHORE in Pakistan , Remember that when you are giving your card details over the phone.
The company is also known as Makkah tours and 7 continents travel ltd. I gave a deposit for my terminally ill father's Umrah and they refused to refund deposit when he could not travel.Give deposit at your own peril! they do not tell you it's non refundable.
Their worker FARHAN is an extremely rude mannered individual ,Accused me of lieing and refused to give refund of deposit.
After phoning for days I got a response from his manager who agreed to give a credit note for a a future package.
You have been warned and informed if you give this company a deposit and you can not travel say goodbye to your deposit.
I will be contacting ABTA and trading standards and am considering taking legal action against this firm and I will keep you updated on my progress.
Seriously which kind of Hajj Umrah company refuses to return deposit of a dieing man's Umrah.
Absolutely disgusting and apalling behaviour.
Be warned!!! once you mention you want a refund they do not pick up the phone.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!!.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
To rub insult to injury their so called manager Mudassar from Pakistan phoned me wanting to see documentation that my father was really terminally ill ,more or less
accusing me of lieing.
I have seen some RUBBISH companies in my time but this company takes the biscuit.

This 7 continents travel agency made my wife's and my
dream trip come true and we couldn't have found a better
company to plan this trip with! We started off giving the
agency a long list of events, activities and sights that we
really wanted to fit into the trip. With great care and patience,
the staff at this travel agency worked with us to understand
our wish list, research ways to fulfill the list, and determine
how to pack it all in one trip.

I have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime which thanks
to agent at this 7 continents travel company and her great
organization- was simply AMAZING !
I had always dreamed of going to Italy and somehow wanted
to try and get a real feel for the country so decided to do a
tour. I searched the internet for organized tours and come
across the 7 continents travel website, sent off my inquiry.
I Had a few responses however, I was so impressed by this
company's professional but friendly approach and really
understand what I wanted from my holiday.

I am now back from my holiday and everything went very well, so just to put everyone minds at ease, I had no problems whatsoever with booking via 7 continents travel and in fact I would do so again.It appears everything is not as bad as it has been made out (in my case anyway!)..Thanks..

I've had a really very good experience with this company. I would recommend to all of you guys. They provided the package that they promised and ,they provided good type of hotel and also transport was good. i am happy with their services. in future if you have a plan to travel book your flight with 7 continents you will be happy with their services.

I got the best services from this company. I am a regular customer of 7-Continents Travel from last 3 years and they do all my bookings and scheduling on just a single call. They are also providing cheapest services in the UK. I know them, because I have experienced with this company. They are reliable and genuine.
