Not only is the shoe repair service excellent but also he is one of the nicest people I enjoy spending money with. Also to note, he is refreshingly honest.
His many years of knowledge in his craft inspires full confidence that your shoes are in the best hands. I had given up hope when my favourite pair of shoes incurred ugly surface damage. In that I remembered Gary's excellent past work I determined that only he would be my option.He briefly commented then told me to return within an hour. Within 15 minutes he tells me that the job was done. I was elated as the shoes looked brand new. Also just for conversation alone he is worth employing. Thank you so much Gary.

I have used him for many many years. He is friendly, helpful and repairs to a high standard. I take in shoes and many handbags with zip problems, bag handles etc and these are returned in a good quality. I am 100% happy with the service and recommend him. The prices are also cheaper and a good turnaround time.

The leather & lace shoes shop has been very useful for me and my family for the pass 25 years. I really admire the fact that the owner still very generous gentleman in the capitalise City of London..! Good to know that there are still good people up there..!

I found the service at Leather & Lace to a very high standard in terms of how they speak to you. Very helpful in the advice of best repair and general maintenance of your shoes. We do not have a lot of these shoemakers anymore now living in a throw away culture. It is refreshing and very helpful that they are still providing this invaluable service.

I am very impressed by the expert workmanship of the Leather and Lace company and must mention the pleasant natured staff every time I visit. They definitely offer value for money and I for one will always return.

Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Repaired an old favourite handbag that looks as good as new.
Does a great job repairing shoes which he shines to perfection.
Lovely guy- decent, honest and reliable. Gets to know his customers and does a brilliant job with everything he repairs.

An excellent result is always ensured when I take my shoes and sandals to this shop - this gentleman is very skilled in his craft and this is always reflected in the end results. He is always very helpful and his charges are very reasonable for the detailed work that he does. For quite a few years now I have giving him my shoes for repair and have always been very pleased with the results and highly recommend him - it takes great skill to make old shoes look almost new again - one of the best shoe repair shops in London.

I WOULD RECOMEND ALL MY FRIENDS TO GO TO LEATHER AND LACE. I AM WORKING IN TOOTING FOR SEVEN YEARS NOW AND EVER SINCE I FOUND THIS SHOE REPAIR SHOP THE GENTLEMAN HAS ALLWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB REPAIRING MY SHOES.
HIS PRICES ARE GOOD AND HE ALLSO DOES KEYCUTTING,
THIS MAN DOES A BETTER JOB THAN MOST OF THE HIGH ST SHOPS.
