I strongly advise everyone to AVOID this place and their other two branches like the plague. If it was possible I would give them zero stars for their rating. I have only owned my phone for just over a year when I dropped it and damaged the screen. I then went to FSE Computerworld in Earlsfield to have my iPhone screen replaced which was only a few months ago, other than the broken screen everything was working perfectly before I went into FSE Computerworld. In the last couple of days my phone kept switching itself off and telling me the battery was low even though it was charged to 80%. Then just yesterday the whole screen popped out of the phone on it's own, I gently pressed on it with one finger to swipe to an app and the whole screen smashed to pieces. When I went back to the shop today they said I must have spilled liquid on it or dropped it on the floor again, I had done no such thing. The owner was rude and obnoxious, and refused to take responsibility for the poor workmanship of his employee, admittedly I did shout at him but I was deeply offended that he implied that I lied. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, in my opinion the work was not carried out to a good standard as electronics should last a lot longer than a few months. When I confronted him with this fact he replied and said that electronics can last a minute and be broken the second it leaves the shop so their warranty is for 14 days, 14 days is not a warranty, it's a cooling off period for consumers to change their mind. The only solution he offered was to replace the screen for £5.00 less than the original price I paid (£60.00), needless to say for the screen to be replaced again only to last a few months at best or one minute as he claims for £55.00 on top of the original £60.00 I previously paid was not a deal I was eager to sign up to. I've never met anyone so horrible in my life, I don't know how these people sleep at night. Please share this information with all your friends and family especially those living in South West London, learn from my mistake and save them from being ripped off.
