That was the worst experience I have been through after living in London for 10 years. This company is so disrespectful and disonesty. I have a family and after handing the 6 weeks deposit, signing the contract and giving the documents they had another offer higher then mine and decided to undo the deal with me after I declined another flat that I liked to stay with them. Once I gave the deposit they should remove the property from the market and not accept any more offers. No integrity, no trust, not professional, I could just not believe that was happening with such well known company. Completely shame.
