I have attended several classes of Chi Combat in Clapham and absolutely love it! Class is well paced, has great atmosphere and we are learning useful self defence skills. Our chief instructor, Adrian, is very patient, encouraging and shows great deal of calm when it comes to novices like myself. Definitely recommend for any age and level!
