Asked them to come and quote to restore my oak floor. Agreed a date and time and took time off to be there. Recieved a phone call after agreed time to say that they would come late afternoon. They did not. Had to ring them the next mirning. Eventually got a call back to say that they were too busy to either quote or do the job. Very poor..........
