The person on the phone couldn't understand a word and he didn't know his own menu. 20 minutes to order 3 simple pizzas. Got pizzas after more than an hour. Driver had, of course wrong directions by who took the order. Pizzas were cold. Asked for compensation after have talked to manager who was shouting on me through the phone. Couldn't apologise. No idea what customer service is. Driver embarrassed, he came with card machine to let me pay, machine didn't work after also have tried to overcharge me with something not in the order. Shocked by the worst service ever had.
