No PPE was worn. I was called just before my appointment to say Lauren was running 15 minutes behind for my 615pm appointment . No problem. I turn up at 630pm. She's still running late (still had to dry and style another woman's hair) and was not wearing PPE. When I asked why she told me it was because she was hot washing someone's hair. I said I didn't feel safe, it's against government guidelines and I didn't want to wait. She couldn't tell me how long for. So I left. The owner then calls and has a huge go at me and charges me 50% of the fee as I "didn't show up". This is of course untrue and unreasonable. Be warned this place is unsafe and the staff are rude
