Do not use this estate agent as they are a rip off and dishonest. The tenant gave them a deposit to put into a deposit scheme in May 2012 but they did not provide any documentation and they are not replying to any e-mails or calls. By contacting the deposit scheme companies I could not find any which holds the deposit which indicates that Homebells have pocketed the money and did a runner!
