Appalling. I needed to do some printing and my first question was how much it coat. I was told 15p per sheet. I printed off my first page which came out in black and white. I then told the staff member I needed it in colour. He told me how do print in colour but did not mention anything about the price. I was then told at the end that I owed over £12 for my printing. I complained that I had asked the price and would not have printed it if it cost that much. O then argued that each page was a photograph print and only took up a quarter of the page. I was told this was 'how it is'. If a customer asks how much a service is do not knowingly deceive them.
