Two weeks of conflicting information - firstly spark plugs needed to be replaced- the warning light indicated spark plugs as did the vibration of the car. Then I am told a tube needs replacing, then I am corrected and I am told it was not a tube but a coil pack, orders are placed on Sunday. Told the parts are due on Wednesday, on Wednesday the parts do not arrive I am told on Friday. On Friday I am told the wrong parts are delivered. so new parts will arrive on Monday. On Monday I am told that the order that was place on Thursday (before the wrong delivery...) had just arrived with the wrong parts. The worst part of the service was the lack of communication, they said they called me several times but no missed calls or even the lie stating that they had left a message on my landline where there is no answerphone! Awful service Awful customer services. Spent two weeks chasing them up for information and every day I got a different story. The parts finally arrived a after two weeks and the car still had the same warning light on with a shaking but no-one to fix it.    10-02-17
